We will provide you with resources for parenting classes that you will need to attend at minimum of once a month. Men who are good at parenting. Are also wise and great men. we believe in healthy parenting.   

We will provide you resources that provide counseling we strongly believe when you hold yourself accountable to take charge of your life you're a step closer to a better you. According to a recent Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) survey, the number of men who seek treatment for mental health concerns is significantly lower than the number of women with mental health concerns who seek out and use available resources. 

 Substance abuse is the misuse of alcohol, prescription or over-the-counter medications, and the use of illegal drugs. Dad & Me will find treatment and recovery services for substance abuse and learn how to prevent drug and alcohol problems.
